1. The service

Livora is a wellness app that helps you track sleep, activity, nutrition, fasting, habits and lab results, and offers AI-generated suggestions. By using Livora you agree to these terms.

2. Not medical advice

Livora, including the Livora Score, Livora Age, lab ranges, fasting guidance and AI coach, provides general information for educational and wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not start fasting, change your diet, exercise or medication based on Livora without talking to a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you are pregnant, have diabetes, an eating disorder or another medical condition. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. AI output

AI responses and meal estimates can be inaccurate or incomplete. Calorie and macro values from photos are estimates. Review them before relying on them.

4. Subscriptions

Livora Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Usage of AI features is subject to fair-use daily limits.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access it other than through the app, reverse-engineer usage limits, or use it to generate harmful content.

6. Your data

You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your device secure. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

7. Liability

Livora is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on information in the app.

8. Changes and contact
